The Human Dimension Department provides graduate level educational opportunities and experiences to strengthen resiliency and effectiveness of senior graduate program:
- CL2222 The Human Dimension, Strategic Leadership and Performance Optimization is designed to expand student perspectives on Leadership, senior leader resiliency and the human dimension of war
- CL 2250 Topics in Leader Development provides students an opportunity reflect on their personal philosophy of senior-level leadership, and to gain an appreciation for the processes, tools, and frameworks that will enable them to build stronger leaders.
Strategic Leadership Feedback Program
Enhances self-awareness & strategic leader development using an integrated 360° assessment of leader attributes (behavior and personality). Designed to accelerate leader development, improve decision making, optimize adaptability & increase interpersonal effectiveness.
