Mission
The Members of the Strategic Intelligence Division Strive to:
Provide strategic intelligence support to the US Army War College/ School of Strategic Landpower for the development and execution of wargames, exercises, curriculum and other strategic level events to develop strategic leaders and advance knowledge in the global application of Landpower.
Our Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Designs, develops, analyzes and synthesizes strategic intelligence to support wargames; provides strategic intelligence support to the command, faculty and staff on USAWC strategic issues and initiatives.
- Develops effective scenarios and intelligence insights to support strategic level analysis and exercises.
- Educates USAWC faculty and students on strategic intelligence capabilities and expertise.
- Researches and publishes on current and anticipated analytical issues of strategic interest.
- Partners with the intelligence and academic communities in the development of scenarios; collaborates on strategic issues of IC and national security community interest by conducting and participating in wargames, workshops, conferences and symposia.
- Performs outreach with the Intelligence Community (IC) to develop intelligence-oriented wargames supporting USAWC goals and strategic issues.
